  • Provide an alternative resolution, such as a store credit or partial refund, if repair or replacement is not feasible.


3. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to issues resulting from conditions beyond normal wear or manufacturing faults, including but not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

  • Damage caused by improper transportation, handling, or storage.

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals, moisture, extreme temperatures, or sharp objects.

  • Accidental damage (e.g., twisting, compression, dropping, or impact).


4. When This Limited Warranty Becomes Void

This warranty becomes void if:

  • The product has been repaired or modified by anyone other than SneakerNess or an authorized service provider.

  • Non-original or unauthorized replacement parts have been used.

  • The product has been used for commercial purposes (unless explicitly stated otherwise).


5. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and photos or videos clearly showing the defect.

  3. Our team will assess your claim and provide next steps for repair, replacement, or alternative resolution.

We aim to review and resolve all warranty claims within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 business days of receiving your product.


6. Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SneakerNess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, including loss of profit or data.
