Welcome to SneakerNess.eu. Access to, and use of, this website and the purchase of products from SneakerNess are governed by these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms, as well as the Policies referenced in Section 2.
The following Policies, as published in the footer of the website, constitute an integral part of these Terms:
a. Product Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, SneakerNess reserves the right to cancel the order, immediately notify the customer, and issue a full refund.
b. Pricing and Duties/Taxes: All prices on the website are FINAL. They include VAT (Sales Tax) and all applicable import duties and taxes (DDP). The customer will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
c. Errors: SneakerNess makes every effort for accurate pricing and descriptions. In the event of a manifest error in the product price or description, we reserve the right to cancel the order and immediately notify the customer.
a. Methods: Accepted payment methods are detailed in the Payment Policy.
b. Security: Payment processing is handled via secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
a. Cancellation: The customer has the right to cancel an order free of charge as long as it is still in the processing stage and has not been shipped. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the Return Policy applies.
b. Return Conditions: Returns for a change of mind are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
c. Return Shipping Cost: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For defective products, the return cost is covered by SneakerNess.
d. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
SneakerNess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including, but not limited to, loss of profit or data.
Due to the international scope of our operations, we prioritize written communication and commit to responding to all customer inquiries submitted via email within 1 business day.
