Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase from SneakerNess, you may return the products in accordance with the terms below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product.

• Duration: The withdrawal period is 14 days from the delivery date.

• Conditions: For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original, pristine condition, exactly as you received it.

  • It must not have been worn, used, or washed.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging (e.g., shoe box), which must be intact.

  • It must be returned with all manufacturer tags and labels attached.

• Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of shipping the returned products back to our headquarters.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact: Notify us via email at info@sneakerness.eu or through our contact form, stating your order number and the items you wish to return.

2. Shipment: Safely package the product (using external protective packaging so as not to damage the original shoe box).

3. Return Address: Send the package to the following address:

3. Product Exchange

You may request to exchange the product for a different size or color of the same item within 14 calendar days, provided it is available in stock.

• Exchanges are subject to the same product condition requirements as stated in section 1.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original product back to us. We will cover the shipping cost of the new product to you.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products (Our Error)

In the event that you receive a product that is:

• Defective or damaged upon delivery, or

• Incorrect compared to your order (wrong item, size),

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

• Cost: In this case, SneakerNess will fully cover the return shipping and replacement costs.

• We will provide you with instructions for the return and replacement process.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the conditions:

• Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned item.

• Refund Method: The refund is always issued via the same payment method used for your original order.

• Refunded Amount: The full cost of the product will be refunded, including the original shipping costs.
